My name is Lawanda O'neal my family an i going through a dscrimination/experiment called Subjective Hyponosis.It affects are reasoning.Have you ever heard of the Tuskegee experiment this is simular except its our minds. In 1993 I was a certified Respiratoy therapist  that had worked in the field for ten years and I decided to go back to school. I was attending Chicago State University to become a Special education teacher. I had been their for 3yrs. It was now Nov.1996 I went to one of my classes a Prof. Reilly was the instructor I was taping his lecture when he suddenly burst out and called me retarded. It all became clear to me why I was being harassed an stalked at school. They were checking IQ's I was 43yrs old an was familiar with the IQ problem with African Americans. I went to Jesse Jackson for help. The harassment an stalking at school stopped. I thought everything was okay an all the harassment an stalking started back after jesse jackson took a payoff. My nightmare begin. My family an I was placed under this mind control without our knowledge or permission. We have been to Washington D.C.(3 times) and left information for Boehner,Pelosi,and we were refused when we tried to leave information for President Obama. We have been abused,tortured,murdered, mayhemed  one by one. June 13th 2011 our home was bombed we have been homeless ever since even though i had Allstate Insurance. No one would repair our home.Allstate tried to steal all my money an never paid my mortgage. The reason my entire family is being attacked is because their is no statue of limitation on IQ discrimination an any blood relative can sue if something happens to me. jesse jackson an jehovah witnesses were paid to stop me from suing and they are doing everything they can to stop me from getting an attorney. In December of 2011 my Daughter (Latonya Oneal)  an i decided to leave Chicago to try and find a Attorney to date we have not found one. My grandson (Mark Owens Jr) is being held against his will in Elgin Mental Hospital and the only thing wrong with him is subjective hypnosis (mind control). My daughter Tarona Oneal or Yona Oneal is missing in Chicago for about a year her mind is really being hurt with the mind control. My name is Latonya O’Neal my family and I were in Washington Dc from Chicago IL, looking for help from Subjective Hypnosis (mind Control) abuse, rape, stealing, mail fraud, identity fraud, wire tapping and telephone blocking keeping us from calling for help. We are also being stalked to keep us from running away to get help. It all started from an IQ discrimination lawsuit that my mother Lawanda O’Neal has against Chicago state university. All because she deicide to change her career from Respiratory Therapy to Special Education Teaching but somehow the school gain access of her IQ and started to harass her. So she went to Jesse Jackson Sr for help and all of the harassment Stop. But as soon as he took the pay off it all started back and more. But she has never filed however based on an assumption she was hurt. I went to the Jehovah Witnesses for help and we was told they also took a pay off. The government is given 100% approval of this abuse while we get hurt everyone turns there head some people are getting paid to keep their heads turned like doctors who worked with us I am not saying all DR but the one’s we have been with all this time. Teacher who lied on my children those are the people the teacher union should be fighting to get out. look toward our children future where is it heading with these kind of people in their path Blocking, Stopping, Preventing there growth STOP! STOP! STOP! Let’s put the blame where it belongs. HELP ME!

I will start explaining how my son Mark Jr who is now 23yrs old but when this first started he was only 7yrs old. Chicago IL felt threatened by my son so they decided to prevent him, from getting his education so he couldn't grow up and help us. This is a blood line thing this means anyone related can sue. Mayor Daley gave the schools the okay to hurt my son by allowing teachers to abuse him by telling him he has a white brain because he asked a question. I don’t know about you but I have always taught my children to ask question. My son principal at creek international middle school located in university park in will county kicked him and said that's how you get someone attention. I went to the school district office and my son father and I had a meeting with everyone, teacher, principal and superintendent and nothing was done about the inappropriate behavior. See if I was able to think clearly I could have thought of ways to protect my son but I couldn't due to the mind control. Mayor Daley has stepped down because he has allowed my sons whole life to be destroyed by allowing the school system to abuse neglect and fail to educate him. I remember one time I did a surprise visit to his school an his teacher had a card board box around his desk. Now my son was in regular education and the school allowed this without my permission this is a form of abuse. How do you think this made my son feel? With the other kids nothing was done to the teacher because, of the orders from Mayor Daley the teachers felt safe to hurt my son. This is scary because if given an opportunity they will take it and hurt children what kind of teachers do we have teaching our children. HELP THE CHILDERN THEY ARE OUR FURTURE WHO WILL BE THERE VOICE. My son went to the principal of his high school Thornwood located in South Holland IL and begged him to please help him he just didn't want to become another static. (PLEASE I JUST WANT TO FINISH SCHOOL) is what my son Mark stated but he was totally ignored because of money. My son was raped and forced to do oral sex on the guards in will county jail and nothing was done to the guards to prevent this from happening to anyone else. At the age of 19 yrs old held in one room all day being abused my son didn’t know how it goes injail so they were able to really hurt him and when I asked Mr Fink the director over the jail he said you feel hopeless and helpless because there is nothing you can do. He was sent to Chester mental health hospital to cover up the abuse he experienced in the jail. And at Chester he was abused there to he was striped and violated he was maze and his head was covered WHY? Then I gave the doctors letters about the abuse then the doctor stated that he was fit for trail and could come home and function from a out patients program located in Harvey IL. A Doctors order that he sent to the courts in will county room 404 but the judge over looked it and kept my son and sent him to Elgin mental hospital and he is their now.

With this mind control they do something called Telepathy Our help, can help a lot of people and especially children.

My sister Tarona O’Neal went to Trinity Hospital located in Chicago IL her doctors names were Scott, smith and Patel she needed a fibroid remover surgery and Dr Scott performed the surgery but after the surgery my sister began to swell her weight was 150lb then after surgery she weigh about 200lb with IV fluids and she wasn't urinating but kept getting worst and her nurse wouldn't call for test to find out what's going on. They just allowed her to get worst and worst we kept telling them what was happening but nothing was being done about it. I decided to call DR Smith and tell him that my sister was swelling and she wasn't doing well and he told me that I am not a doctor. So I said my sister is going to stop all IV fluids and everything else. Then Dr Scott called and said he would run some test to find out what’s happening with her well after the test he said she had a little fluid in her uterus so he stated he would go in the next day and suction out the fluid and she should be okay well the next day when they were taking her down the nurse told me that she fell out. She had to have an emergency surgery because Dr Scott told me he cut my sisters intestines and she had become septic and almost died. But I didn't find out anything until I got off work that day in fact Dr Scott called me at work and told me everything went well and when I got to the hospital my sister was on a ventilator. I tried and tried to contact an attorney in Chicago but not one would take her case. The hospital sent my sister home with her incision open my sisters bowels and stomach acids was running out of her all down the bottom of her body she had third degree burns all down the lower parts of her body. My sister was in so much pain she had one nurse come once a week. My sister could have died and no one in Chicago would help her. Now my family and I are homeless because our home was bombed on 6-13-11 my mother had her home for 26 yrs with home owners AllState Insurance and we are on the street. I wrote letters to the new Mayor Rahm Emanual, Governor Pat Quinn, Periwinkle, Mayor of Will County, States Attorney Glasglow and the Sheriff of will county. We have nowhere to go and no one will help us. I took information to the senator’s in Washington DC asking for appointments to stop the abuse. I mailed president Obama and asked for an appointment to put a stop to the abuse and asked the people to get this message to the President. I know he has the message.

We left and went through 18 states telling people what is happening to us how our family minds are being manipulated and we couldn't get one attorney to agree to take our case however when we went to California we found out that it was powerful people on our family and people were afraid to get involved with our case this was told to me by the urban League. We need help we are here in Washington Dc to ask President Obama if he could stop this abuse PLEASE. Because if this isn't stopped our family and many others will be hurt. Jesse Jackson and Jehovah Witnesses are used to prevent people from sueing the government. Who would think they couldn't go to him and get help?

We need this to be stopped because people with disability, Seniors, single parents and our children are all suffering because the government has come up with a new way to put people into salvery how can we stop them by knowing their tactics first of all they want to divide us if you divide a group then you can conquer them that's what the government uses to hurt people you ever heard of the willy lynch divide and conquer to keep the slave in line well this same technique is being used only there are different color slave owners they are BLACKS. now I am not saying all blacks are involved but there are quite a few that has learned this technique and has used it selfishly to hurt women, seniors, children and people with disability now because this door has been opened all races of people have gotten involved and that's when all hell began in Chicago because all races are involved. I don't believe that all people are involved but look at it like this Jesse Jackson has created a divide and conquer technique and he has included white, blacks, Hispanic, Asia, and many others he also used Law firms ,School, Doctors, Black Organization, Police, Mental Health Hospital and many others now remember he couldn't do this without the Governments help. Who would believe that you can't get help from these places? That's why the government has been getting away with this for so long because it's hard to believe. But it's really happening and hurting and murdering people and they have been getting away with it. if you put a label on a person then it much easier to hurt them so the government tries to say we are mental ILL so that no one would listen to our cries for help. But I am hoping that people are listening they will not allow this to be covered up, and the government will be exposed for what they are. My grandmother was murder but I didn’t listen to my mother when she told me that something was happening to my grandmother at the university of Chicago hospital. Then later one of my close friends told me something happened to my grandmother because she was fine when she came in. My friend was her nurse.
